He started his career at the age of 18 as a Commis 2 Chef at Beirut, Lebanon after he completed his Diploma in Culinary Arts at Syria National School.
Being inspired and taught by the chef’s he worked with from various restaurants in the GCC, Lebanon and Syria, Sufyan excels in Menu development and engineering, he is an active member of the prestigious Emirates Culinary Guild.
Sufyan is known to have an outstanding leadership skill in the F&B industry.

In 2016, ambitious beverage enthusiast, tired of comfort zones, chose to explore Dubai Bar Culture with its competitive market. Cocktail competitions, masterclasses, shared values with passionate people of the industry helped him meet right mentors and shape the character and approach that is very individual. Since then, he preferred any challenge to comfort zones.
In 2018, he joined a team of bright and bold minds fighting the stereotype that best cocktail venues can be only in Downtown, and the very next year, the venue was awarded Best Cocktail Bar in Dubai by Timeout. He was the Head of the Bar and the leader of the team then.
